1998

THE PRECISION FOUNDATION

Founded as a specialized bearing assembly plant, HIPAD began its journey by mastering the most critical component of any moving system: the bearing. During this formative phase, we focused on precision engineering and internal quality standards, laying the technical groundwork for our future High-Performance Sliding Rollers. Our early commitment to precision motion control defined our DNA and set the stage for our future expansion into complex architectural door and window hardware systems.

2012

VERTICAL MANUFACTURING UPGRADEA

major milestone was achieved as we relocated to our new, modern manufacturing facility, significantly expanding our production capacity. More importantly, we initiated the in-house production of carbon steel, high-carbon steel, and specialized bearing steel components. This strategic move toward vertical integration allowed us to control the quality of our raw materials from the source, ensuring that every Heavy-Duty Roller and Steel Bearing meeting our assembly lines surpassed industry standards for durability and performance.

2016

EVOLUTION INTO COMPLETE SYSTEMS

Leveraging our deep expertise in bearing technology, we officially transitioned from a component manufacturer to a full-system solution provider. We launched our first comprehensive range of Sliding Window and Door Roller Systems, engineered to provide seamless operation and long-term reliability. By understanding the intricate relationship between the bearing and the sliding track, we were able to optimize our designs for maximum smoothness and load-bearing capacity, quickly gaining market share in the Window Hardware sector globally.

STAINLESS STEEL & CATEGORY EXPANSION

To meet the growing demand for premium architectural hardware, HIPAD established its first dedicated stainless steel handle factory. This expansion marked our official entry into the high-end Bathroom Hardware and decorative hardware sectors. By applying our rigorous manufacturing standards to stainless steel fabrication, we successfully diversified our product portfolio to include Glass Clamps, Shower Door Systems, and Architectural Stainless Steel Handles, solidifying our position as a one-stop hardware solution provider.
